Kristin and I have added some things to our girl’s room. We added a new rug and changed the crib sheet to pink. We are still trying to figure how we want everything to look. Kristin was told the other day that 28 weeks is another milestone. At 28 weeks, the baby has a >90% survival rate if it should be born early. That makes me feel good since our little girl has already survived some physical abuse. The other day Kristin was on the couch and asked me to throw the remote to her. So I tossed it over to her like I would normally do. Except this time someone forgot to catch it, and it landed right on the side of her tummy. She said her stomach hurt and felt tight where it landed, but in a couple of minutes went away. This was my fault because I didn’t, “care enough.” Kristin did look at her today with the ultrasound, and there were no remote-shaped dents on her head, so that makes me feel better. Also, No one wins Prom Queen with a dented head.

You are a little farther along on the preperation than we are, our problem is we only have 2 bedrooms so we might be sharing a room with baby for awhile, elijah gets his own room for now.
